Hon’ble Dr S Jaishankar, Minister for External Affairs, GOI and Mr Narayan Prakash Saud, Foreign Minister, GON has jointly inaugurated Nepal’s biggest Tribhuvan University Central Library, 32 schools and 25 hospitals. The facilities were part of post earthquake reconstruction program undertaken by CSIR-CBRI in Education and Health Sectors in Nepal
