India is on the path of development due to the advancement in Science, Technology & Innovation (STI). The young minds have plethora of ideas and they are the torch bearers for the growth of the nation. Therefore, creating opportunities for UG/PG students at CSIR-CBRI will not only strengthen their IQ but also give an opportunity to explore R&D in the emerging fields. The aim of Student Training Cell under Outreach & Dissemination Services is to impart technical training to UG/PG students in order to acquire expertise in the field of Building Science & Technology and its allied areas for better “Technical know-how”.
Objectives:
- To impart training to UG/PG students related to R&D with a view to enhance job oriented skills for entrepreneurship and self-employment with maximum utilization of the resources of the Institute.
- To impart training for professional growth, career improvement and entry into technical and professional education.
- Regular interaction with Students with the support of supervisor for mentoring and feedback during training period. The feedback will be analyzed and on the basis of which corrective and preventive action (CAPA) be taken for improvement of future training programs.
