Objective:
The goal is to implement damage detection algorithms using multi-scale sensing data from a network of wireless sensors that is scalable and robust, utilizing statistical/Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to quantify the damage state of the structure.
Scope of Work:
- Literature Review
- Identification of the Simulation tool
- Equipment Procurement
- Feature extraction from sensors data through signal processing and statistical classification to convert sensor data into damage information
- Development of algorithm for identifying the existence and location of damage in the building
- Testing of the algorithm with the real data
- Development of algorithm for identifying the type of damage in the building
- Testing of the algorithm with the real data
